Elitna jedinica pilota helikoptera zvana "Shadow Raiders" poslati su na tajnu misiju u Somaliju. Ta misija je pošla po zlu. Vratili su se samo dva člana: oficirka Nora Madani (Christina Ochoa), prva žena pilot helikoptera u toj jednici, i njen nadređeni, kapetan Leland Galo (Matt Barr). Ne zna se gde se nalazi treći član Džimi Kam (W. Tre Davis). Nora i Leland znaju šta je pošlo po zlu, ali Norin dečko sumnja da je u pitanju nešto više. Nedugo zatim otkriva se da je Džimi živ i da su ga zarobili nemilosrdni teroristi. Nora je odlučna u nameri da se vrati sa Lelandom i spase svog prijatelja. Tokom priprema za akciju spasavanja, Nora i Leland su se zbližili. Ali rastrzani su između dužnosti i časti jer ne znaju kome mogu verovati i da li tajna koju kriju može da pomogne u spasavanju Džimija ili će ih izložiti ogromnoj opasnosti.
